Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown said he would not seek criminal charges against the Salisbury police officers involved in the fatal shooting of a homicide suspect in November. Brown’s office said the decision follows an investigation by the Attorney General’s Independent Investigations Division into the Nov.

The Minnesota BCA has identified the Rochester Police Department Officer and victim involved in a fatal shooting on March 11.
