Caramel flan….everyone has their own recipe and this is mine. I have try a few recipes cooking in the oven with the water bath. My always turn out dense with many holes. This steaming method works out best for me. Perfect every time… if it ain’t broke. I’m not gonna fix it…. Recipe: 3 egg from b*tchassJessica 1.5 cup warm whole milk 1/2 sugar Pinch of salt 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract Whisk together and set aside Caramel sauce: 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons water Cook until golden. Prefer c
