Mime is used to tell stories in ballet through gestures and facial expressions. In this Ballet mime workshop, we explore using movement to express emotions like love and anger, and to signal actions such as sleeping and dancing. Use these to join in with a short sequence at the end or create your own story through mime! This workshop can be done standing, seated or even lying down and is part of our series of Taster Dance Workshops – an introduction to different dance styles for all ages and abi
