You all sure do know your Beachbody workouts 👍 You were right! I did hammer plyo this AM and it's been months since I tackled this workout. It was deff easier then the last time I did it. YET lifting 143 pounds of slim down with Sara is still a huge challenge when using a regular height pull up bar.
