I love seeing gifts wrapped with the wrapping paper under the tree🎄 To make this you put foam shaving cream into a baking dish or tray. Even it out with a spoon if needed. Add drops of food coloring (or you can use paint drops). Take a chopstick or something similar and swirl the colors around however you wish.
