DOUGHNUTS - easy to make and even easier to eat! Mix by hand or machine and use a deep fat fryer if you have one. I don’t so used a saucepan about half filled with oil (that I strain and reuse by the way). It is important that a temperature probe is used to keep the oil at 180 degrees Celsius. If it gets too hot then the doughnuts will burn on the outside before they’ve had chance to cook all the way through. Recipe available to screenshot at the end of the video.
