There are no must do exercises… Only must do patterns. A burpee is a “exercise” What is the exercise created from? Patterns of movement. You don’t have to train the burpee (I don’t, my clients never have) Instead, train the patterns that make it up. ✅Crawl position ✅Push Up Position ✅Jump ✅Squat down to the ground and get up Those are excellent patterns of movement to dynamically flow through!
