In this transformation I lightened the whole hair in foils by taking very thin sections using Redken flash lift power 9 with bonding inside with 20 vol and leaving her natural roots untouched until I reached level 10 pale blonde, rinsed, towel dried and pre-toned the yellow with Redken shade eq 1/4 10VV 3/4 10P with equal amount processin
