What would you call it? Cool Burrata, topped with warm tomatoes and salty prosciutto - for me, this is the ultimate combo, that never fails to satisfy. - 2 balls of Burrata cheese (mine are pretty small, so feel free to use only 1 ball if yours is a decent size) - 6 oz cherry tomatoes - 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced - A pinch of salt - 1 tsp dried oregano, divided.
